How do I find missing channels on my freeview box?

Hi, I am missing a few channels on my freeview box since the digital switchover. They are channels such as ITV, 4 and e4. I have tried searching through the channels as if I had only just got the box a few times but it hasn’t worked. How can I retrieve the missing channels? Thanks.

That’s why autoprogramming your TV set didn’t pick up the channels.

Now if you can’t get it….you can’t get it.
If your friends CAN get it, then YOU need some serious work on your aerial system.
