Can I use a digital aerial to get freeview channels on my sky box?

We just recently updated to sky HD, and I’d like to use the old sky box in my kitchen as a freeview box with a digital aerial – but not a satellite dish. Is this possible? And how do you change the settings o the sky system if it is possible?

sorry this isn’t possible but for an extra tenner you can get all the same channels on your sky package (except hd ones of course
