If i buy a HD ready TV with built in freesat and freeview do i need a dish?

Im looking in to buying the Panasonic TX-37LZD81, it comes with freesat and freeview and i need to know if i need to buy a dish and if so, what sort of dish?

(I don’t have a sky, digital..or any other dish at the moment, i just have the 5 basic channels)

Yes, you need a dish for freesat. A Freesat and Sky dish are the same. You may want it professionally fitted, for it needs precisely aimed.
