i was actually thinkn of getn this but in the end youll hae to end up payn out 150£ that includes installation. i think in france they have dvtb or something that uses the current arials for hd and its coming to uk end of 09,so ill wait and see wot happens with that. to pay so much for only two channels that have hd is crazy,i can download the programs in full 1080p lol,but the extra channels is cool also.think ill wait

its not a fibre optic cable that goes into your house, only standard coax dumbass, fibre feeds the hub in the street so its not that good realy , I pay £15 a month for 24mb and thats enough for me and everyone else here lol, who would pay £50 for 50mb or £30 for 20mb? virgin media’s crap

This is an amazing video, very well done. BUT, it shocks me once again how much money the BBC spends on adverts just to promote its own activities on its own channels. So much of our money is spent on self congratulation.

Because BBC Freesat …
Because BBC Freesat offers free HD programming.
SkyHD = pay 4 Sky+, then pay £10 for HD.
Also Freeview doesn’t allegedly have the bandwidth to EVER offer more than a couple of HD channels whereas Freesat could eventually become entirely HD.
Its the only channel to have ITV HD – its exclusive and is offering the Olympics, Euro 2008 and Champions League (next year) in HD and Dolby Digital surround sound.
Freesat offers 80 channels at launch with 200 estimated by the end of the year.

Why would someone claim to want Freesat after watching an ad? (It’s a promo). Surely you put more thought into it than that. What if they made a similar ad urging you to jump off a cliff? Would you do it, or would you think about it first?
